Q: How did you get started doing sound effects?

A: Basically just messing around with friends and stuff like that and trying to get to sleep at night when you go to bed. Everyone goes to bed and you either knock out or think about stupid ideas. I would always use a tape recorder and goof around with it. I was fascinated about how with a tape recorder you could record yourself and then hear yourself later. Back then, it was like 1979, and that basically got me started with it. And people at school and stuff like that.

Q: So were you pretty goofy growing up and the class clown?

A: I was the class clown from 1:30 in the afternoon to 3:40. From 8:00 on I was still trying to wake up. You get to school at 8:00 and are still trying to wake up. So I would say that I was kind of a class clown, but never got kicked out of any classes.

Q: What new projects are coming up after you are in San Jose?

A: Right now we are working with Disney, but that is kind of top secret right now. I am doing some voiceovers for movies. A little bit of TV with Craig Ferguson on CBS on the 18th of this month.

Q: Anything else you want to say to your fans here in San Jose?

A: Just come to the show - we are going to mix it up, get some old stuff and some new stuff. I'll be the comedy jukebox, anything you need, it'll all be rockin'.
