Cleary McTeague, a member of the Kappa Delta sorority, is one of three candidates for director of communications.
According to her candidate statement, her plans include "fighting for what students want in a communicatively effective way." She is also hoping to find different ways to effectively reach students and publicize events. She has participated in several philanthropic events and participated in intramural sports, she said.
"Communication is key to improving what is going on around us," her statement reads.
