The Student Union, a campus destination for hungry students, can appeal to the masses because of its wide range of food.

I'd like to see more VEGAN options. Vegetarian dishes seem synonymous with CHEESE and sour cream :-/

Did you read the whole story? or watch the slide show? it was a veggie/vegan story, not simply vegan, cant please everyone.
