SJSU administration has filed a legal response to a lawsuit against the university - a lawsuit which seeks acquisition of a report regarding SJSU's aviation department.

I was expecting to see something like happening so soon. This is the specific reaction after an action like that. Anyway, I don't think that I am in the right position of judging this whole case.
